“OPEN COLOR FIELDS”

Juan Manuel Perez Salazar’s “Open Color Fields” series explores geometric compositions that blend painting, sculpture, and collage, blurring the lines between these mediums. Moving beyond personal narratives, his work evokes collective memories through symbolic associations and thoughtful paint applications. Influenced by Bauhaus, Joseph Albers, and Piet Mondrian, his pieces invite viewers to engage with color and form, fostering open dialogue and visual exploration.
